About Carla Stenberg

Carla has been working in the financial services industry since 1996 and joined the independent firm LPL Financial in 2002 as an Investment Advisor Representative.  Her passion in working with people is to help them organize their financial lives, provide them with consistent, regular advice and open their eyes to the possibilities of a meaningful life and retirement.

Carla and her husband Gary were married in 1977 and enjoy serving together in their community of Portland, Oregon.  Their passion is the world renown Portland Rose Festival with designing and building floats through Gary's business Rose City Float Designs LLC.  Additionally, they both grow and show roses in their current garden of 65 roses that is ever changing, as other plants are moved for just one more rose bush.  Their home is filled with trophies, ribbons and many festival pins and memorabilia of great times and friendships.

Roses are not Carla's only interest.  She and Gary have two adult children and two grandchildren that are the light of their life.  Riley, a delightful red head and her younger brother Vann keep Papa and Grandma busy with fun activities and stories.  Carla enjoys many creative projects including hand embroidery, counted cross-stitch, quilting, sewing, and card making.  She and Gary love to travel, especially to Hawaii to snorkel and enjoy that wonderful warm water.  Carla is an avid bird watcher and delighted when she can add a new bird to her birder's list.  Their household currently includes a few furry friends as well, two Persians, a shaded-silver and a Himalayan.   

Carla's professional credentials include a Warner Pacific B.S. in Business Administration, Securities registrations 7, 24, 63, 66 through LPL Financial and Insurance licenses for Oregon and Washington,  in health, life, long-term disability and annuties.
